About…

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I provide therapy for children (10+), youth, adults, seniors, and couples who are looking for a warm, safe, and supportive space to navigate life’s challenges.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, burnout, grief, ADHD-related concerns, or major life transitions. Others find themselves stuck in patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-criticism and are unsure of how to move forward. Whatever has brought you here, you do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together, we will explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles while building practical tools to help you move toward your goals.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Parts Work, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and preferences. As a first-generation Punjabi Canadian, I understand the ways culture, family expectations, identity, and lived experiences can shape our mental health and relationships, and I strive to create an inclusive environment where clients feel seen and supported.

I offer therapy in both English and Punjabi through virtual and in-person sessions. Insurance coverage may be available through extended health benefit plans that cover services provided by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Direct billing is available with select insurance providers, and receipts can be provided for reimbursement when direct billing is not available.
