In your sessions, we will explore what you bring with curiosity and openness. Life is full of situations that can be difficult to navigate alone. Together, we can create a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand who you are and how you want to be in the world so that you can live a more connected and fulfilled life.
My approach is relational and compassionate. I aim to be open-minded, collaborative, and recognize the intersectional nature of identity and its impact on our lives. We all hold multiple identities that influence our perspective and how we interact with the world. It is important for me to honour this as we explore together.
