I am completing a Masters of Counselling Psychology and am certified in Psychologically Safe Workplaces. As a former emergency first-responder, I understand firsthand what exposure to stress and trauma can feel like, and the ripple effect it can have on your life, well-being, and relationships. Our therapy sessions will focus on your needs and goals, and will be uniquely tailored to you. We will work together to identify or explore your path forward, and this will be through open & safe conversations as well as learning tools to cope.
I use an approach to therapy that pulls from DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Experiential Therapy. I work with ADHD, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, motivation issues, relationships, self-growth, self-esteem, coping skills, and more.
