Ashley is currently completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology under the supervision of Cynthia Schoppmann, a Registered Psychotherapist.
No matter who you are, there are times when life can feel challenging and overwhelming. Navigating anxiety, stress or depression can leave us feeling stuck and in need of a little extra support. Ashley is available to listen and provide such support. She strives to provide an environment that is safe, comfortable, compassionate and rooted in mutual respect. Ashley uses a client-centred approach and believes that you are the expert in your own life and experiences, but sometimes you need a little help in unravelling everything that is happening. She will work with you to help foster growth and wellness in a way that is unique for you. No matter what you might be experiencing, Ashley is here to help you navigate these challenging situations. It takes courage to reach out. Sometimes having someone who is non-judgemental and compassionate to talk to can help us through these challenging times.
