I am happy to welcome new clients. Many people can see therapy as a one-sided conversation. It may seem like there is little opportunity to interact or experience each other as real people. I assure you that I try to be as non-judgmental as possible! No matter your age, if you are struggling with concerns regarding anxiety, relationships, boundaries, self-esteem or attachment, I want to work with you to help you achieve whatever solutions work for you and help you overcome whatever challenges you face. I also want to make attending therapy as enjoyable as possible. Therapy doesn’t need to be a scary or painful process.
Life is too short to be stuck in a bad relationship, to find it challenging to build deeper connections with others and to feel as though you have to please others to the detriment of your own needs. Life is too short to be anxious all the time. With compassion, openness and a desire to know you, I want to help you work towards thriving, not just surviving.
I think viewing you as a whole and unique person is essential. Together we can tailor and implement a plan that is right for you. Reaching out to a therapist can be intimidating and anxiety-provoking, but I hope you take a moment (and a deep breath) to set up a consultation and see how I can help you, no matter what you are struggling with.
