Hello! My name is Augustina, I’m a student therapist currently offering low cost and pro-bono counselling sessions.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and present challenges that are hard to face. Having a space where you can pause and process your experiences is important. Much of my knowledge in the mental health field comes from front line support work with underserved marginalized communities. This role fostered a passion to cultivate healthy relationships, and strengthened my commitment to create safe, supportive, spaces for clients. Whether you’re struggling with grief, trauma, or various other stressful circumstances; I hope to help you heal and grow by building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and care.

I approach therapy with curiosity, humility, and rapport building. My areas of speciality focus on anxiety, depression, cultural identity, relationships, life transitions and self-esteem. The foundations of my practice honour the clients resiliency and prioritize inclusive trauma-informed, culturally competent, and anti-oppressive interventions.

If you’re interested in pursuing therapy and feel as though we’d be a good fit, please feel free to message and we can organize a free consultation call. I look forward to exploring what brings you to therapy, and how I can support your journey.
