Through a progressive and integrative approach, we will give ourselves permission to open up and truly begin to understand what gives you meaning in life. The goal with this approach is to slow down together, and to walk along the path with, rather than having a therapist simply guiding you.
By the end of our sessions, you will recognize your own strengths as building blocks, and your obstacles as learning opportunities. We will do this by practicing compassion and empathy towards all versions of the self. After all, your perception of the world is a reflection of how you see yourself, so let’s work from the inside out.
