I work with adults who have experienced relational trauma such as abuse, neglect, and betrayal, whether in childhood or adulthood, as well as those going through separation or breakups. These experiences can significantly impact mental health and nervous system regulation, influencing how people perceive and relate to others. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive environment for exploring and healing these wounds, helping clients rebuild trust, foster healthy relationships, and rediscover a sense of belonging and purpose. If you’re dealing with loneliness, low self-esteem, or shame related to past trauma, I am here to support your healing and connection journey.
Our sessions will prioritize fostering a sense of safety within our therapeutic relationship. We will practice self-compassion and engage in deep inner work designed to help you understand safety and self-regulation from within. This understanding will transform how you interact with and relate to the world.
Over time, we will work on overcoming negative past experiences, empowering you to engage with the world as you’ve always wanted, without feeling constantly on guard.
My areas of expertise are Trauma/ Complex Trauma and PTSD; Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety and Mood Disorders (Depression and Bipolar Disorder), Childhood neglect and abuse, self-discovery after trauma, inner-child work, self-esteem, career changes and relational/ interpersonal concerns.
