It can be easy to define our value by our experiences and the circumstances surrounding us. Our successes, failures, and how we compare to people around us. This can be both defeating and exhausting. And the truth is, your value isn’t something you have to earn; it already exists within you. You are enough just as you are, and you deserve to be seen, heard, and valued for your authentic self.
Beginning therapy is a meaningful and courageous decision. It often comes at a time when life feels heavy, when anxiety, low mood, stress, or uncertainty begin to feel overwhelming. Reaching out for support is an act of self-compassion. It’s the first step toward healing, understanding, and creating meaningful change.
As a therapist intern, I view therapy as a collaborative and supportive space where you can reconnect with your inner resources and begin to explore your experiences without judgment. Whether you’re navigating difficult emotions, struggling with relationships, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to offer a space that is warm, grounded, and safe. Where your story matters and your voice can be heard.
I bring a genuine curiosity and deep respect for each client’s unique journey. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities tailored to your individual needs. I have a particular interest and skillset in helping clients navigate modern challenges such as internet and gaming addiction, and I hold a strong foundation in approaches that support emotional growth, insight, and behavioural change.
Together, we can explore patterns, process emotions, and build tools to move forward with greater self-awareness and resilience. I’m here to walk alongside you, not as someone with all the answers, but as someone deeply committed to your process.
Outside of therapy, you’ll find me performing music in a band, playing Nintendo games or hanging out with my two Basset hounds.
