I view therapy as a creative process.
A creative process requires connection, trust, and a sense of humour. I bring over a decade of experience in the arts to my work as a psychotherapist. I have spent my life working in supportive spaces where we try things, fail productively, and sometimes have collaborative breakthroughs. Together we will investigate the nuances of your story and explore alternate ways of being with your thoughts and feelings, mind and body.
I help people address experiences like depression, anxiety and self esteem through curiosity, compassion, and connecting to the wisdom of the body. I’m queer, and I value supporting people seeking to live authentically. I have a special interest in relationships – exploring how we’ve learned to connect with others and how that is echoed in our connection with ourselves.
My responsibility is to attend to our relationship with curiosity and acceptance. I will encourage you to turn to yourself with the same care, so that your relationship with yourself begins to feel like home.
