Welcome! My pronouns are she/her. At the core of my work as a therapist is the belief that recovery is possible. I focus on providing therapy for trauma, grief and loss, adverse childhood experiences, addiction, stress and anxiety, and depression. Therapy can help to make sense of your life experiences by looking at where you come from, what you’ve been through, and how you are living presently. This deepened sense of awareness clarifies what is important to you for moving forward and building a future that is meaningful.
Based on my professional experiences, as well as my own personal therapeutic work, I understand deeply how hard it can be to heal emotional and psychological wounds. I am committed to being here with you through the ups and downs of your journey, with a caring and nonjudgmental approach that makes discussing difficult topics feel approachable. I am trained to use a variety of both ‘top-down’ (talk therapy) and ‘bottom-up’ (body-based) modalities, so that therapy can be uniquely adapted to your needs and help you manage a range of emotional, psychological, social, and behavioural concerns.
I work virtually with individuals (18+) who live in Alberta or Ontario. I offer rates for therapy based on a sliding scale of $100-$175 per hour. *Waitlist only for fees between $50-$70*. Your individual rate will be determined during your free 20-minute consultation, based on your current income and health benefits access. Please call or email me to set up your consultation. I look forward to meeting with you to see if we might be a good fit!
