Hi Im Beth 🙂Â
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related stress, sleep issues, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood, and where the pace of therapy feels collaborative and attuned to each individual’s comfort and readiness.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, validated, and supported, while also being gently encouraged toward insight, growth, and meaningful change. I view clients as the experts in their own lives and work alongside them to better understand their experiences, values, and goals.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. These modalities are thoughtfully adapted to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and personal circumstances, allowing therapy to remain flexible and responsive.
I recognize that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when discussing deeply personal experiences. I aim to meet clients with warmth, compassion, and non-judgment, supporting them as they build coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their sense of confidence and connection. In our work together, we will identify patterns that may no longer be serving you and develop practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change in your life.
