I help adults navigate burnout, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, grief, relationships, and life transitions. My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), while thoughtfully integrating CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet your unique needs and goals. As a neurodivergent therapist (AuDHD) with Bipolar Disorder, I bring lived experience to navigate the curveballs life throws at us, drawing on your individual strengths and lived experience. I believe that you are the expert of your life and I am honoured to be a guide on your journey.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, we’ll start where you are. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and authentic.
Prior to my career in psychology, I worked for 20 years in aviation and 30 years in the pet industry. Outside of work, you can find me at a local dog show with my Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Kevyn and her son, Howard. Kevyn often joins me in the office, so if you are looking for a friendly, four-legged companion during your sessions, Kevyn is happy to oblige!
