About…

Does it feel like ADHD is running your life? Are you always running late for things? Always procrastinating until the last minute? Does it feel like deadlines suddenly sneak up on you? Does your mind always feel like it’s running on overdrive? Is it difficult to turn your mind off at night and just sleep? As someone with ADHD, I understand what it is like to feel like ADHD controls your life. Together, we can help you understand your ADHD while developing tools, systems, and techniques to manage it better. Our sessions can bring calm back into your life & allow you to return to the things that are truly important to you.

Are you tired of people telling you to just try harder? Or telling you what you should be doing? I can help you add the structure and skills you need to help you process your thoughts/feelings, deal with daily challenges, manage your time, and gain control over your life. I can also help you build confidence, increase self-esteem, and find purpose.

As someone who is visually impaired, has ADHD, and manages chronic health conditions, I bring a unique set of experiences to counselling. My life circumstances have helped me understand how it feels to face stigma and challenging situations, and I use my personal and professional experiences to help my clients grow. Together, we can help you feel better.
