As a therapist, I desire to help you imagine a better story, create healthier relationships, and experience greater flourishing in life.  I am committed to being an empathic presence with you in your pain and struggle (emotional, relational, or spiritual), whose compassion, curiosity, and collaboration help you discover within yourself the resources to respond with courage and wisdom to the challenges you are facing.

I am a student intern under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist.  My therapeutic approach is client-centred and strengths-based.  I draw on Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I live and work on Treaty Six territory in Saskatoon, SK, the homeland of diverse Indigenous Peoples and the Metís Nation; I am a grateful beneficiary of this treaty. I am in the process of completing the Master of Counselling degree at Briercrest Seminary.
