Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life already feels uncertain or heavy. You might be carrying pain that’s hard to put into words, or navigating challenges that feel too big to handle alone. Whatever brings you here, I want to honour the strength it takes to seek support—and to say that you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
As a therapist intern, I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can be yourself—no pressure, no judgment. Whether you’re moving through anxiety, loss, anger, disconnection, or a sense of being stuck, I’ll meet you with care, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. I believe therapy can be a space to gently explore the parts of your story that have been ignored, silenced, or misunderstood—and to begin writing new ones, on your terms.
My approach is collaborative and flexible, grounded in relational and trauma-informed care. I pay attention not just to your inner world, but also to the larger systems that shape your life—like culture, community, family, and history. I strive to offer a space that feels safe and supportive, where healing happens through connection and compassion, not pressure or performance.
This work is supported by ongoing supervision, deep self-reflection, and a commitment to learning. I value showing up with humility, authenticity, and openness to whatever unfolds.
If you’re navigating life on a tight budget, please know you still deserve quality care. I’m here to walk alongside you—at your pace, in your way.
