Always trying to keep it together, but starting to feel the cracks? Do the same patterns keep showing up or do you feel disconnected from who you really are? Maybe anxiety, relationship challenges or feelings of shame keep pulling you off balance. You’re not alone. I work with individuals and couples, bringing a grounded, empathetic presence shaped by life experiences and crisis response work. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student practicing under clinical supervision, I offer an inclusive, trauma informed, and judgment-free space, where you can take the pressure off and be yourself.
My areas of focus include:
· Navigating life transitions
· Building emotional resilience after loss
· Exploring hope and meaning through uncertainty
· Managing relationship and family challenges
· Coping with anxiety and depression
· Processing trauma
· Rediscovering joy and purpose in everyday life
My approach is integrative, client centred and collaborative, tailored just for you. We might look at where certain patterns began (Psychodynamic Therapy), build tools for stress or anxiety (CBT/Mindfulness), or gently reconnect with the feelings you’ve had to push aside (Emotion-Focused Therapy). I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable and overwhelming, especially if you’re used to handling things yourself. But it can also be the first real breath you’ve taken in a while. Having experienced the power of therapy myself, I know how transformative it can be. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can see if it feels like a good fit.
