I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of BD Psychotherapy & Neurofeedback Collective, with a particular interest in the connection between our brains, nervous systems, emotions, and everyday experiences.
My work combines psychotherapy with QEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback to help clients better understand the patterns that may be contributing to how they feel and function. I work with concerns including anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, sleep difficulties, cognitive fatigue, post-concussion symptoms, and feeling persistently “stuck” in a heightened or depleted state.
My approach to neurofeedback is highly individualized. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all protocol, I use QEEG findings alongside a client’s symptoms, history, goals, and response to training to guide our work.
As a therapist, my style is warm, relational, collaborative, and nervous-system informed. I’m interested not only in reducing symptoms, but in helping clients understand themselves with greater curiosity and less judgment. When appropriate, psychotherapy and neurofeedback can also be integrated, allowing us to work with both the emotional experiences and physiological patterns that may be keeping someone stuck.
Above all, I want clients to feel like there is a real person sitting across from them. My goal is to make neuroscience approachable, therapy feel human, and treatment genuinely tailored to the person in front of me.
