My perspective stems from my identity as a bicultural Millennial woman living with invisible disabilities. Experiencing microaggressions and macroaggressions can be soul-crushing. My approach involves treating clients with respect, compassion, empathy, understanding and acceptance, no matter what their story is.
If you’re a Millennial trying to make it, I understand what it is like to be the new lost generation. The world of work, the realities of dating, the pressures of goals and dreams, and societal and parental expectations, can make life overwhelming.
Whether you are experiencing workplace bullying and harassment, medical gaslighting, the impacts of the patriarchy or narcissistic abuse, I can relate.
Have you experienced ageism, sexism, or ableism in the workplace or in public spaces? I know firsthand that challenging the dominant discourse is not easy.
Do you live with chronic pain, fatigue or health issues? Do you feel let down by the medical system? I’ve personally experienced many challenges with obtaining proper treatment, care, testing and diagnosis. I can be your ally.
If you’re feeling frustrated, limited, marginalized or oppressed by societal and cultural norms, I’m with you. I’m here to provide you with a safe space to share your unfiltered thoughts, opinions, and experiences. I can be your compass, helping you find direction when you feel lost, alone and unheard. The answers are within you. Working together, we can bring them to light.
Contact me for a free, 15-minute consultation. I will be under the supervision of two senior psychotherapists at my practice during the duration of my practicum.
