Sometimes life can feel like walking through a house you’ve known for years, yet suddenly finding yourself unsure of what’s behind each door. You may know that something feels off without fully understanding why. Therapy can be a space to explore those hidden rooms, uncover patterns, and better understand the experiences that have shaped how you move through the world.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-doubt, life transitions, and the uncertainty that can come with feeling stuck or disconnected. Whether you’re a young person trying to find your footing or an adult moving through a period of change, therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and make space for a deeper understanding of yourself.
My approach is curious, compassionate, and collaborative. I see therapy as a conversation where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviours without judgment. There is room for difficult conversations, meaningful reflection, and even a little humour along the way. Together, we can look at the patterns that may be influencing your present while exploring new ways of understanding and responding to them.
I’m particularly interested in the ways our inner worlds communicate through emotions, sensations, behaviours, and experiences that aren’t always easy to put into words. By slowing down and approaching these parts of ourselves with curiosity and care, we can begin to uncover what they may be trying to tell us.
You don’t have to know exactly where to begin. You choose which doors we open and which rooms we explore, and I’ll be there to help you navigate the ones that feel difficult to enter alone.
There is more to your story than what you’re struggling with right now. Therapy can be an opportunity to bring light to the parts of yourself that have been overlooked, reconnect with what matters, and discover new possibilities for where you want to go next.
