I know it can sometimes feel like life is too overwhelming and that your thoughts, feelings, or symptoms just feel like they are taking over your life. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and that therapy should be a collaborative process. I utilize an eclectic approach drawing from many evidence-based therapies to tailor treatment to your unique needs.
I have experience working with clients who have anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, self esteem issues and trauma, as well as experience working with men and couples. I believe therapy should be available to everyone and am passionate about working with people from all cultures, genders, and sexual orientations.
I believe it is important to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on empathy, respect, and trust. I try to always provide a warm, casual, nonjudgmental environment so my client’s can be their authentic selves and can feel safe and comfortable.
