About…

Welcome! Whether you’re here solo or as a couple, I’m so glad you’re reaching out for support. As an MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student who is qualified to practice under supervision, my aim is to foster a supportive, non-judgmental bond that enriches your life outside of our therapy sessions.

I work with individuals and couples by focusing on three key areas: your relationship with yourself, with others (including your partner), and with the world around you. We’ll explore past and present experiences that have shaped how you relate, communicate, and connect, guiding you toward a future that feels more aligned with what you want for yourself, and ultimately, a little easier.

I also bring to our work my own real-life experience navigating career transitions and work dynamics (after 10+ years across different industries and a second master’s degree), and figuring out the ups and downs of friendships, dating, and long-term relationships. These experiences help me connect with clients and couples navigating similar questions around identity, connection, and change. I value honesty and transparency in the therapy space, and I tend to communicate in a clear, direct way—always with care and intention.

If you’re curious about starting therapy, email me at KTpsychotherapy@protonmail.com with “Caitlin Klein – consultation” in the subject line to schedule a free 50-minute consultation. It’s a chance to go over the practical details, ask any questions, share what brings you here, and see whether we feel like a good fit. I look forward to meeting you!
