Hi, I’m Caitlyn, and I’m currently completing my Master of Psychology in Counselling and have 8 years of experience in the mental health and addiction realm. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves, without judgment, pressure, or the feeling that they have to “have it all figured out.”
I know starting therapy can feel intimidating or vulnerable, so I strive to make sessions feel warm, supportive, and collaborative. My approach is client-centered and flexible, drawing from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support each person’s unique needs and goals.
I enjoy working with individuals or couples navigating anxiety/depression, ADHD, stress, emotional overwhelm, addiction, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotion regulation concerns. I believe therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Above all, I want clients to feel heard, supported, and not alone in what they’re going through.
