Hey there! I’m Cameron, and I couldn’t be more excited to join the Fairapy team! As an Intern Therapist, I enjoy working alongside teens, adults, and families as they navigate stress, uncertainty, and meaningful change. I am especially drawn to supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, attention-related challenges, low mood, and transitions across work, relationships, and life stages. My approach is warm, collaborative, and steady, with a focus on helping clients develop practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and feel more confident in their ability to make choices that align with who they are.

My approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and informed by Cognitive Behavioural and Solution-Focused approaches. I work collaboratively with clients to create a supportive space while also offering practical tools and strategies that build on strengths and support meaningful change.
