About…

I am currently a Masters of Social Work student with Yeshiva University completing my Advanced Clinical Internship under the supervision of Noah Tile, RP (Founder of Resolvve Inc.) I will be learning about and focusing on the use of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD and intrusive thoughts. In addition, ADHD treatment will also be a focal point in my clinical practice in which I will aim to help youth and adults improve executive functioning skills such as organization, planning, time management, and emotional regulation.

I have worked and volunteered with a variety of populations, most notably with children with developmental disabilities in an educational setting. My previous internship experiences working with youth, couples, and families affected by relationship difficulties, anxiety, anger, depression, grief, stress, and so on highlighted the cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused frameworks, in addition to anger management techniques.

Social work is, in its simplest form, the practice of effecting positive change and social development of people, places, and circumstances. The skills I have acquired over time do not come solely from my external endeavours but from my inherent passion, devotion, and determination to participate in the abundant ways to create good, emphasize strength, and maintain resilience.
