My name is Camille Hadida and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I offer in-person and virtual/online sessions to make psychotherapy accessible for everyone.
I have experience working with people of all ages struggling with pain, anxiety (social, health and generalized anxiety disorders, specific phobias, agoraphobia and panic disorders), depression, trichotillomania and other body-focused repetitive behaviours or unwanted habits and behaviours, situational anxiety in relation to specific personal issues (poor self-esteem/self-confidence, past or current emotional or physical trauma), family/parenting issues, relationship issues, marital conflict or dissolution and school or career issues. I have a strong understanding of how various life experiences lead to a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, isolation, relationship conflicts, lack of motivation, self-esteem issues, physical limitations and addiction.
I am committed to helping clients develop effective strategies for coping with painful thoughts or feelings and living meaningfully. My therapy focus is based on changes clients want to see in their own lives, including areas of self-care, work-life balance, personal growth, spirituality, parenting, intimacy, and relationships with one’s self and others.
My therapeutic approach is culturally sensitive and will be specific to your needs, such as cognitive, behavioural, acceptance and commitment, person-centred and hypnotherapy. If you want to lose weight, quit smoking, manage stress, face a phobia, improve relationships, pursue your ideal career or follow your dreams, I will support you in building the skills and developing the resources you need to succeed. Whichever approach we use, my focus is to help you start living a meaningful life today, free from limiting beliefs or the burden of stressful situations and past experiences.
