Through therapy, we can learn more about ourselves, heal past wounds and develop healthier ways of being. Life may feel hard to manage right now, but together we can find ways to bring peace, strength, and joy back into your life. Hi, I’m Carly. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who has always been passionate about helping others. I approach clients with empathy and curiosity, and my style is rooted in attachment theory. People find me easy to talk to; my approach is client-centred, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive. I decided to become a psychotherapist after working in the Social Services field for several years. I have held positions as a front-line worker in areas of youth, substance abuse and employment supports as well as supervisory positions in residential facilities. Prior to enrolling in my Master’s program, I graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family & Community Social Services and held a Social Service Worker Diploma as well as a Graduate Certificate in Concurrent Disorders.
