My approach to therapy is as unique as my clients. Working to balance the mind, body and heart, we will listen for triggers of wisdom in your thoughts and behaviours and together find a new perspective. We will go through the painful emotions, accept them, and heal from the awareness of learning your needs and boundaries. I encourage good self-care.
