I’m a Psychotherapist, an artist, and a meditator. My approach to therapy is intuitive and compassionate. Sessions with me can go deep, tread gently, and even be fun. Whether we struggle with anxiety or body dysmorphia, grief or trauma, shifts and changes can begin to emerge within us when we meet our suffering with openness and compassion. In my experience – both with my clients and with my own healing – there is a profound relief in the ‘letting go’ that comes when we reconnect to the parts of ourselves we have pushed away or ignored. This reconnecting allows us to move forward with a greater sense of well-being and vitality. Together we will create the ground to safely process what you bring to our sessions, and we’ll do this in a manner that is sensitive and appropriate to your needs.
