I support adults and older adolescents who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to move forward. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, identity-related stress, or patterns that have become difficult to break on their own.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where you can feel heard without judgment, while also gently exploring the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping how you feel today. Together, we can work toward understanding your patterns, building coping tools, strengthening self-awareness, and creating goals that feel realistic and meaningful for you.
I draw from person-centred, cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, and systems-informed approaches. This means our work may include both deeper reflection and practical strategies, depending on what feels most helpful for you.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying things on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Therapy can simply be a place to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you are going through.
