I show clients the tools they need to manage their difficulties before they have a chance to become overwhelmed. Our thoughts are powerful – especially the self-critical voice – and what we think can become our reality. I provide clients the safe space they need to explore their lives, nurture self compassion and leave feeling empowered and reconnected to what’s important.

My main therapeutic approaches are customized for each unique client and include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques and narrative therapy.
