Sometimes life can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’re simply moving through the motions. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, tune into what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
I support children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, and the many visible and invisible pressures that can come with everyday life. I have a particular interest in supporting women who often find themselves carrying the emotional and mental load for everyone around them, while struggling to make space for their own needs.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mindfulness, curiosity, and genuine connection. I believe therapy should meet you where you are rather than expecting you to arrive with everything figured out. Together, we can explore patterns, make sense of what you’re carrying, and gently challenge the things that may be keeping you feeling stuck. There’s also room for humour, because therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
When working with younger clients, I incorporate creativity, conversation, and play-based approaches to make therapy feel engaging, comfortable, and safe. I also use somatic and mindfulness-based tools to help clients build awareness of the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and bodies.
Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up as your authentic self. Whether you’re looking for support through a difficult transition, hoping to better understand yourself, or simply feeling ready for something to change, we can take it one step at a time.
Therapy isn’t a linear process, and you don’t have to navigate it perfectly. Wherever you are starting from, there is space here to explore, grow, and reconnect.
