Our life journey is always going to be filled with ups and downs, and although we have the strength and tools to handle most of the downs, occasionally we may need some support, encouragement, or a listening ear. Travelling together on this journey, we will explore your needs, experiences, and goals, and work to uncover your strengths and resources. That way we can identify and implement solutions to the difficulties you are experiencing. No topic is off limits with me, my priority is to make sure you feel safe to talk about what is on your mind.
I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with stress, anxiety, depression, self-worth, trauma, emotional regulation, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and interpersonal conflict. Some of my personal hobbies include travelling, hiking, and reading. I also enjoy completing various do-it-yourself crafts, such as painting-by-numbers!
