I believe that everyone possesses an innate wisdom and a core self or spirit that strives for joy, peace and fulfillment. And yet, despite this we can often become overwhelmed with difficult emotions, feel stuck in ways of being which do not serve us and become disconnected in our relationships with ourself and others.
I provide therapy to individuals and couples, both in person and online. The therapeutic process is one which should be collaborative and co-created. I am committed to creating safe and compassionate space for clients to support their individual needs upon their path towards healing.
Embracing the learnings from my Spiritual Psychotherapy & Spiritual Direction training as well as my intuitive energy training and shamanic studies, I adopt an eclectic approach which combines traditional talk therapy with spiritual practices.
Additional training include couples therapy through the Gottman Institute, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).
I view healing as a journey of self-discovery and increased awareness which takes one to a deeper place of understanding of self and greater mind-body spirit connectedness.
Clients are guided through their soul journey to explore their inner self and to discover their subconscious limiting beliefs, thought patterns and emotional blocks. The ultimate goal is a a shifting of perspectives and a reclamation of one’s own authentic self through the release and shedding of negative beliefs and emotions such as shame, guilt or anger.
Therapy can be a magical transformative process and a valuable commitment to yourself, which can provide wonderful insight. My role is to hold safe and compassionate space to encourage and facilitate your awareness, growth and self-healing.
