Do you need help making sense of your emotions and feelings? Are you looking for a therapist who can help you understand what is happening in your life right now? My therapy approach and style are simple and down-to-earth. You show up and we talk together in a secure, non-judgemental environment. I have been in the helping field for over 15 years and I have experience working with many different emotions, feelings, and behaviour. My goal is that you are heard, understood and overall feel validated about where you are. My training is trauma-informed and mindfulness-based. I have experience using a variety of support stemming from years of experience assessing and observing the relationship between the mind and body. The modalities I use to assess behaviour is primarily a blend of MBCT, Narrative and Psychosomatic therapy. I also work with adult individuals, ages 17+. My area of focus is helpful to people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. Both my Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees are from the University of Manitoba.
