Hello, my name is Celna (pronounced ‘Cel-na’) and I am a Registered Social Worker at Mind and Ocean Therapy, a virtual mindfulness counselling and therapy service. My therapy approach and style are simple and down-to-earth. You show up and we talk together in a secure, non-judgemental virtual environment. My goal is that you are heard, understood and overall feel validated about your situation. My training includes providing assessments from a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based foundation to understand where you are in your journey.
My area of focus is helpful to people experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. I work with individuals and couples who are ages 17 and up. Virtual therapy is not recommended for people with severe, or complex symptoms of a mental health condition.
Our services are affordable and accessible to you from the comfort of your own space, or home. We offer individual and couples counselling. Our warm and caring staff are available to provide you support from a secure, non-judgemental, and compassionate virtual environment. We look forward to meeting you!
