Using an integrative and compassionate trauma-informed approach and drawing upon various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and Client-Centered Therapy, my passion is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore together your unique life challenges and work through them using tailored evidence-based strategies so that you can discover your innate strengths and resilience and feel empowered. Life can be meaningful and fulfilling, filled with possibilities, hope and joy.
I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Adult Education from the University of Toronto, and I am also an Accredited Associate Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
