In sessions we will work with the mind-body system to manage physical symptoms caused by stress and other mental health struggles. Sessions include mindfulness, the nervous system, cognitive strategies, breathwork, somatic experiencing, and nature. Physical symptoms such as IBS, muscle tension, headaches, burnout, exhaustion, etc. are often related to or intensified by stress and trauma. I will support you with tools to help you cope with the challenges you are facing. We will work collaboratively together as you move towards a deeper sense of balance, health and vitality.
