My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family dynamics, childhood trauma, PTSD, and chronic pain. I draw from IFS, psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused approaches, and somatic work, integrating these modalities in a flexible, responsive way to meet your unique needs. I am also trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy! At the heart of my practice is the belief that every part of you deserves understanding and care.
