I am a Pre-Licensed Professional and Master of Psychology (MPSY) student in Psychotherapy and Counselling, practicing under clinical supervision. With years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families in diverse mental health and community settings, I have come to appreciate both the resilience people carry and the challenges they face.
I believe that life’s difficulties rarely exist in isolation. They are often shaped by the relationships we have known, the communities we belong to, and the social, cultural, and systemic contexts that influence our lives. Therapy offers an opportunity to pause, gain perspective, and approach these experiences with greater understanding and self-compassion.
In our work together, I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where you can explore what matters most, deepen your connection with yourself, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and hopeful. I believe that growth and change remain possible at every stage of life, even during times of pain, uncertainty, or feeling stuck. My work is grounded in a warm, relational, trauma-informed, and deeply person-centred approach that honours each person’s unique story.
