I’m here to offer you a warm, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore, examine, and work through your personal challenges together. My approach to therapeutic care is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, intersectionality-conscious as well as neurodivergent-affirming.
I rely on Client-Centered and Solution-Focused approaches of psychotherapy and I also integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) into my clinical work. My goal is to support you through the process of better understanding and navigating your current difficulties. Additionally, by identifying and leveraging your strengths, we will equip you with the tools and capacity to tackle difficulties that are impacting you. We will clarify your therapeutic goals and make plans together to achieve them. Our work will strive to ensure successful, lasting therapeutic outcomes.
