Genuine, non-judgemental, and empathetic by nature, I aim to work alongside you to overcome life’s most difficult struggles. Whether it’s exploring past traumas or setting goals for future change, we explore material that surfaces in sessions with the intention of creating clarity, closure, and a sense of inner peace.
Through an integrative framework rooted in cognitive-behavioural and humanistic therapies, I use evidence-based interventions in session to help guide you through self-discovery, recovery, and to build new perspectives.
