Many of the people I work with are carrying emotional pain that feels difficult to explain to others. They may feel overwhelmed by grief, intense emotions, unstable relationships, mood shifts, shame, or patterns they desperately want to change but feel stuck repeating. Often, they have spent years trying to manage alone while appearing “fine” on the outside.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, emotionally aware people who are tired of surface-level coping and are looking for meaningful, lasting change.
