There are so many of us today that are sleepwalking our days away. We do not notice how our bodies are retaliating against how we have internalized our own traumas and challenges. We “think” our way out of critical issues, and we forget to listen to our body, mind, and spiritual being. We need to “wake up”. We need to feel again. It may be difficult to get there but we must do away with being comfortably numb and get back to living our best life. With a varied toolbox we can explore various ways of uncovering a path to a more authentic life.
