My commitment is to create a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and build sustainable pathways to wellness. Whether it’s deep-rooted trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, or life transitions, I aim to empower each client to live a fulfilling and authentic life. With a strong foundation in trauma therapy as a Clinical Traumatologist, I specialize in supporting clients who have experienced complex and acute trauma, working with them to reclaim a sense of safety, resilience, and personal empowerment.
I have completed additional training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, and CBT-E for eating disorders through Oxford University. I integrate different therapeutic models to create tailored, client-centered treatment plans that foster emotional healing and psychological growth.
My therapeutic approach fosters active listening and empathy while delivering evidence-based interventions. Starting therapy is the most challenging first step, and my job is to make that first step worthwhile. If you have any questions, please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
