Christian is a graduate student completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. He has Honours degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour, both from McMaster University. He has conducted research in the areas of learning, metacognition, and goal setting and presented his work internationally.
Christian is passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. His approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration using both cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focused therapy. He offers both in-person and virtual counselling sessions.
