Hi, I’m Christie (She/Her), I believe mental health care is not a one-size fits all. Everyone experiences mental health concerns at some point in life. That experience is different for everybody and care must be personalized with considerations of the wholeness of the person and their circumstances. In collaboration with you, we will gain understanding and awareness of the root cause of your concerns and find the appropriate solutions using different modalities of treatment. Together, we will create an empathetic and safe space that will promote your self-discovery and healing.
I work with individual and couples from diverse backgrounds and focus on concerns such as burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, BIPOC/cultural concerns, trauma, anger issues, grief, resentment, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, marital issues, intimate partner violence, life transitions and interpersonal conflict. In my free time, I love dancing, working out (strength-training and HIIT), cooking and creating recipes, game nights with friends and family, travelling and Netflix binging sessions.
