Hi! My name is Christina, and I am a Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) & a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (Candidate) who enjoys working with teens, and adults. During a person’s life, they will experience many different hardships. This could include anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, or vicarious trauma from working in the first responder world. I will work alongside you to help navigate and support you during these and many other roadblocks that may be in your way. This process is collaborative and unique to each individual.

As everyone has different goals for therapy, we will work together to find the best approach. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotions Focused Therapy and and frame all my work from a Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed lens.

I am registered throughout Canada. I can see clients in person in office in New Westminster BC or I can see clients virtually from anywhere in Canada.
