Accepting new clients! If you feel stuck in patterns that leave you on edge, emotionally shut down, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down and find your footing again. I work with people who learned to survive by pushing through, staying vigilant, or holding everything inside. I believe that healing happens when you feel safe enough to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve been carrying alone. I aim to create a secure base in therapy—where you can show up as you are, make sense of what’s been hard, and build greater safety, clarity, and connection within.
I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, person-centred, and feminist approaches, all through a trauma-informed lens. I incorporate embodiment practices when clients are interested, informed by my training as a registered yoga instructor. Together, we will move at a pace that respects your nervous system and your capacity, not a timeline or expectation.
