I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help others, and through my personal experiences, I found my calling in the mental health space. I believe in the power of shared light—being the spark of hope and support that helps others find their own strength, so they, too, can pass that light forward. In our work together, we will focus on navigating challenges such as chronic illness, trauma (including childhood trauma), communication difficulties, issues within relationships (whether peer or romantic), and life transitions. These struggles are often compounded by the pressures of our fast-paced, demanding society, which can leave us feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
I’m here to offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to overcoming these obstacles. While the road ahead may feel uncertain, I am committed to walking alongside you. Together, we can uncover moments of peace and hope, even amidst life’s most difficult times. No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to do it alone.
As someone who has lived with chronic illness, I understand how isolating these experiences can be. I bring this empathy into my work as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA Counseling Psychology student under clinical supervision, specializing in relationship dynamics, communication struggles, and life’s uncertainties.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from cognitive-behavioural, solutions-focused, and psychodynamic therapies. Together, we’ll explore patterns, strengthen confidence, and develop meaningful strategies to help you move forward. Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.
