Tackling our day-to-day can be challenging. It can be even more difficult when you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or being overwhelmed and burnt out.  Through the process of therapy, we will work together in building confidence and feeling empowered in navigating your own life. I believe in creating a safe, comfortable and nonjudgmental space where you are free to be yourself and share what you are struggling with.
I take a holistic approach to treatment, looking at the client as a whole rather than a particular symptom or diagnosis. I utilize integrative and collaborative therapeutic approaches allowing for a personalized therapeutic experience for each client. I take a client-centred approach to therapy, incorporating aspects of mindfulness practice, trauma-informed practice, talk therapy, somatic work and more.
