I take a holistic approach to treatment, looking at the client as a whole rather than a particular symptom or diagnosis. I utilize integrative and collaborative therapeutic approaches allowing for a personalized therapeutic experience for each client. I take a client-centred approach to therapy, incorporating aspects of mindfulness practice, trauma informed practice, talk therapy, anger work and more. Finding the right therapist is important.
