(She/Her) Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Asking for support is a vulnerable and courageous act. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed or out of touch with yourself. Or perhaps, you are struggling in your relationships or being held back by issues from the past. Whatever your reason for reaching out, therapy can help you move from feeling stuck to feeling more clear, connected, confident and courageous in your life. I have had the privilege of practicing therapy for the past 5+ years and also work as the Clinical Team Lead at a young adult mental health non-profit in Toronto. Our work together will help you to discover your healing path and offer you a therapeutic relationship that you can rely on to support, inspire and guide you.
I believe that all of us deserve the opportunity to feel deeply seen, heard and understood and therapy can provide us with that opportunity. My approach is empathetic, genuine, curious and strengths-based. My clinical work draws primarily from Relational Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapies (ACT & DBT), the Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) and the Comprehensive Resource Model (a trauma resourcing and processing model).
I work with individuals 18+ with a special focus on supporting trauma survivors and those living with complex PTSD, young adults, individuals experiencing anxiety or depression, and the LGBTQI2S+ community. The lens I bring to this work is anti-racist, queer & trans + and anti-oppressive. For more information, or to book a free 15-mins consultation, please contact me.
