Claire Robert is a master’s-level practicum student in counselling psychology with a heart for helping kids and families thrive. She offers a warm, compassionate space where children, teens and adults feel safe to be themselves. Claire takes a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every child and their family.
With training in DBT-A (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Adolescents) and children’s yoga, Claire brings creativity, movement, and play into her work—helping young clients connect their minds and bodies in fun, meaningful ways.
As a mum herself, Claire truly gets the juggling act of parenting and shows up with empathy, patience, and real-life understanding. Whether your child is navigating big emotions, anxiety, or just needs extra support, Claire is here to walk alongside them—and you—every step of the way.
When she’s not in session, Claire loves running, sailing, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
